April 25 th 2021, The community members held a pot luck, informative meeting about what we wanted for the futurre of our community.

Since no one has a voice in the leadership of this community we decided to try to do something about it.

It was a very successful meeting and very informative. What we discovered was that the present board run by Crystal Gilliam was not following the rules of the present By Laws and were far from following the statutes set out in the Articles of Incorporation mainly this one right here:

ARTICLE FOUR

The purposes for which this corporation is formed:

Burleson County, Texas, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 1, Pages 7 thru' 16 of the Map Records of Burleson

So therefore we have signed a petition requesting a meeting for the board to explain why and what they plan to do forthwith.

We have also been made aware of a set of By Laws that were created by an attorney for $2500 that no one in this membership of this comunity knew about or voted for.

Its been 8 months and we stil do not have satisfaction on the By Laws. Apparently Crystal Gilliam has gone ahead and paid an attorney to redo the By-Laws. The By-Laws that were worked over by the committee were checked out by a County Judge and an Attorney as well as the head of the Paralegal department of Blinn College. There was NO NEED to spend your money on an Attorney for this matter.

Please come vote If and When Crystal will let us have an election. We need your vote to help clean up this nepharious activity.
